In 1992, the year Magyar Suzuki Zrt. was started, metals operation was established as a separate business unit. This is the time when we started to manufacture metal plate components as “TIER1” suppliers for the car industry. Since then we have also been suppliers of metal parts for home appliance manufacturers in addition to the car industry.
Our products include middle-sized plate components for the car industry, welded or assembled units, both finished and unfinished. Materials of our products include coated and uncoated steel plate, enhanced solidity steel, stainless steel, pure and alloyed aluminium. Types of finishing: oiling, painting (KTL, powder coating, pre-japanned), galvanisation, nitridation.
Characteristic technologies / procedures:
- Sequential punching, perforation, bending, cupping with eccentric presses (10-250 metric ton machines)

- Progressive production from bands with eccentric presses (40, 63, 100, 160, 250 and 400 metric ton) Bandwidth: 20 – 800 mm, thickness: 0,4 – 3 mm
- Mechanical subdivision of profiles and plates
Tooling:
Design, manufacturing and maintenance of the production plants we use during production are always arranged by us. We produce plants up to the overall product size of 600×600 mm in our own tool workshop. Bigger size tools are partly or entirely produced in cooperation.
